It’s always best to have an easy, accessible library for tenders so there is no last minute rush to meet the deadline.
AS A MINIMUM I would recommend getting your library set up with the following:
Capability Statement
A fancy document that reflects your company at its best. To get your Capability Statement looking super, we can make sure you have:
Detailed content about your company, qualifications, past projects and accreditation
Awesome imagery of your team and/or equipment if you desire
Beautifully designed document to suit your company branding/colours
Project Profiles
A single page profile of each of your company’s previous projects. This includes:
Stipulating the job description, client, value and scope of works.
A display of photos to compliment the works – before, after and during!
Categories them in specific industries if wanted
Staff Profiles (CVs)
Showcase your teams qualification and capabilities with staff CVs. This includes:
A headshot to put a face to a name and give it a person feel
A list of current responsibilities and past experiences
Tender Response Template
A visually appealing, formatted Word Template supplied to you in your company’s brand. This includes:
Cover page with your logo, imagery and the title of the response form
Secondary pages in portrait and landscape versions for those diagrams and big tables
Set heading and paragraph style for consistency and easy formatting
