HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR A LOGO?

We charge per logo concept which is calculated from an hourly rate of $90 +GST. Please contact us for our latest logo price list.

WHAT’S THE PROCESS TO GETTING A LOGO DESIGNED?

First of all, we will send you our Logo Brief Form to complete so we can get as much information as possible before getting started on the design. We can present 1, 2 or 3 logo concepts (depending on your budget) and will allow for 1 round of changes. Once you’re happy and the logo is approved, we will send you a Logo Master Suite which contains various file formats suitable for print (CMYK) and web (RGB). You will generally also get horizontal, vertical, mono and reverse logo formats (depending on the final design).

WILL I OWN THE COPYRIGHT TO MY LOGO DESIGN?

Once payment has been received in full, the ownership of the design belongs to you. We do ask if we can use your logo in our portfolio and other social media / online platforms for self-promotion.

CAN YOU ORGANISE MY PRINTING?

Yes, as part of our services we offer print management. This allows us to take full control of the finished product and also to ensure quality printing.

WHAT’S YOUR TURN AROUND TIME?

This changes all the time! We will always try to work around your deadlines however our general rule-of-thumb is 10 working days, depending on how big the job is.

CAN YOU MAKE ME A WEBSITE?

Unfortunately, code is not our forté. However, we do align ourselves closely with a local web developer so we can “hook you up”.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?

Our terms are 15 days unless prior consent has been requested. For large enterprises we offer 30 day terms. We have direct debit and credit card options available.
